This recipe was submitted by our very own creative director, Elisa. It includes garlic, but you can leave out the garlic. She also added "just a pinch of brown sugar to sweeten the pot!"
What you’ll need:
-
About 4 Cups raw/fresh Pecans Halves
-
About 1-1/2 Tbsp. Honey
-
1 Tsp. Freshly ground Black Pepper
-
2 Tsp. Kosher Salt
-
1 Tsp. Paprika
-
1 Clove Garlic, finely grated
-
1 Tbsp. Grapeseed Oil
-
1 Tbsp. Ground SauFennel (A Sweet Soirée)
Here’s how to make it:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grind the SauFennel with a spice mill or mortar and pestle. Transfer to a medium bowl and add garlic, pecans, honey, salt and pepper, and toss to coat. Spread out pecan mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake until golden brown and toasted all the way through. 13-15 minutes. Let cool.
