Spiced Pecans In A Bowl

Fenn-Tastic for Super Bowl, Holiday parties, or any party.  It includes garlic, but you can leave out the garlic. Add just a pinch of brown sugar to sweeten the pot!

What you’ll need:

  • About 4 Cups of raw/fresh Pecans Halves

  • About 1-1/2 Tbsp. Honey

  • 1 Tsp. Freshly ground Black Pepper

  • 2 Tsp. Kosher Salt

  • 1 Tsp. Paprika

  • 1 Clove of Garlic, finely grated

  • 1 Tbsp. Grapeseed Oil

  • 1 Tbsp. Ground SauFennel (A Sweet Soirée)

Here’s how to make it:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grind the SauFennel with a spice mill or mortar and pestle. Transfer to a medium bowl and add garlic, pecans, honey, salt, and pepper, and toss to coat. Spread out the pecan mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake until golden brown and toasted all the way through. 13-15 minutes. Let cool.
